Sharmi Shah, Esq.

Sharmi Shah graduated from The University of Texas (Bachelor of Business Administration - Finance) in 1999 and Baylor Law School (Juris Doctorate - Business Litigation Concentration) in 2002. Ms. Shah became licensed in Texas in 2002 and California in 2004.

Prior to beginning her own legal practice in 2018, Ms. Shah was a litigation attorney for 13½ years while employed at Roberts & Elliott. In her litigation practice, Ms. Shah practiced in a variety of fields including business, real estate, intellectual property, and family law.

Since 2004, Ms. Shah has represented businesses and individuals, providing general litigation services (in federal and state court) and various transactional services.

Since 2015, Ms. Shah has been the lead regulatory compliance counsel for numerous businesses in the Bay Area. Ms. Shah currently represents dozens of Calfiornia-licensed businesses.

In her free time, Ms. Shah enjoys spending time with her husband and son and is an active volunteer having served board positions with the local Little League, PTA, and Education Foundation.
